Placing Orders

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. You will also receive an email every time the status of your order changes, to include a shipment email which will normally include tracking information.
When placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for items to ship. Freight orders often require additional time for shipping than orders that ship via standard shipping. Every effort is made to accurately estimate the time-to-ship in item descriptions. However, for specific questions regarding the delivery timeline for an item, please contact us directly at orders@thebud.pro.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed, which is indicated by the status "Awaiting Fulfillment". When an order status is changed to "Awaiting Shipment", the order is in the final stages of processing and packaging, and can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Times
This store strives to provide customers with immediate shipping, whenever possible.
At The Bud Pro, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Returns are only considered in rare cases where products arrive damaged or defective. Please review our policy below:
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include a detailed description of the issue, and we may request photos of the damaged or defective items.
- Return Process: If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items not damaged or defective.
