If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason — even if it is not defective — you may still request a full refund. We believe in making things right for our customers. There is no need to return the product. Just complete the Contact Form with your order details and a brief explanation, and we will take care of the rest.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your request is approved. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for fast, reliable service.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
